Sales training and -coaching

Selling has to be learned. This is why we design sustainable and practice-oriented sales trainings. Might it be for beginners or pro's. We train practice-oriented and focused your skills and behaviours. With this, your staff can delight your existing or new customers. With a sales skills training you invest in the future success of your company.

Sales training with an effect

At the beginning there is always an intense conversation with the client. What is the objective? What will the participant do different at the end of the training? A precise formulation of the training objectives is crucial to the success of the training. But it is not just about preparation. It is very important to us to focus on practicability and sustainability when we deploy our trainings. We train a lot and talk little. We make good experiences with short trainings and a few weeks in-between to put the newly acquired skills into practice.

Sales coaching

Thanks to our long own experience in sales and management we are able to coach sales leaders in a focused and practical oriented way. It is important to us to guide leaders with great sensibility. We know what it means to lead a sales team, to formulate objectives to plan sales activities and to supervise and lead a sales organisation.

We dispose of the right tools and techniques to develop a group of salesmen into a powerful sales team which not only achieves but surpasses their objectives.

Training on the job

The most sustainable and effective form of sales training is in our opinion a thorough "training on the job". We accompany the sales staff in their daily business with the customer. We observe, analyse and give feedback. Direct and without any filter. This way the participant can integrate his learnings in his daily work almost immediately. Sustainable and effective.

Video-Training

For years video analysis is one of the most important tools in sports.

We count on this most effective method as well in sales and management trainings. It is stunning to see how video-self-analysis has its immediate effect on any person.

Often we see a certain reluctance when participants are asked to analyse themselves via video. "How awful to see myself in a video!" or "How weird my voice sounds!". "Listen to the rubbish I am telling".

But when we show the participants that all others see them this way all the time, the situation eases immediately.

We usually train in small groups with immediate feedback, so that nobody needs to expose himself unnecessarily.
